Cooking Tips for Steak

- It is best to put steaks on the grill that are at room temperature. Take your steak out of the fridge 20 minutes before grilling.

- Sear both sides of the steak for 1 to 1-1\2 minutes, then grill with medium heat to desired doneness.

- Use tongs. Do not puncture meat with a fork, it will release the juices.

- Let sit for 5 minutes before eating to give you a juicier steak.
